  To be considered for one of our child care positions, you must first complete an online application.
- Provide references
  
  Our vetting process is intense and as a result, we require a minimal of 5 references.
- Interview
  
  Each interview is individualized to meet the needs of the applicant. Most importantly, we look at our interviews as discovery days. This day allows our agency and you to learn more about one another.
- Start accepting shifts
  
  Once you have successful completed and passed screenings, assessments, and background checks, you are now ready to begin accepting placements in real time and on demand.
